This section describes the set of documents that are required for your loan
to be processed.
2 years personal tax returns, all
schedules, including K-1s, W-2 forms, along with 45 days of recent pay check stubs. All
borrowers.
- Self employed
borrowers include 2 years of business tax returns, along with YTD profit and loss
statement.
- Asset accounts: 3
months of recent bank statements, all accounts. Checking, savings, money market, cash
management, profit sharing/401K.
- Current mortgage or
rental information: name, address and account number of mortgage or landlord. Photo copies
front and back of the last 12 rent checks.
- Listing of all
outstanding debt: account numbers and copy of statements.
- Refinance transactions
need proof of ownership: Old closing statements, copy of tax bill, or copy of contract
sale agreement.
- Copy of offer to
purchase, fully endorsed with all riders. As well as the listing sheet on new home.
Listing agreement on current home if selling, name, address, and all phone numbers for
realtors and attorneys involved.
- If prior marriage or
bankruptcy, copies of court records will be needed.
